  • M-F 8am-5pm with 24/7 overnight call and weekend call
  • 4-7 inpatient pts with 2-3 urgent and hospital visits daily
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology required
  • Must be competent in LVAD interrogation and management
  • Weekend call remote Friday 5pm - Monday 8am
