  • Multi-Specialty Clinic / Eligibility for hospital privileging and credentialing
  • MN License required; but any additional licenses a huge plus, including MT and WI
  • 4 Hr Blocks within Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST timeframe
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical neurology experience
  • DEA registration (active)
  • Fully remote / telehealth worksite
  • IMLC participation preferred
  • Telemedicine experience preferred (not required)
