  • Inpatient rehab hospital setting
  • Census of 33 inpatient rehab patients plus consult service of 25 – 40
  • Majority of patients with neurologic diagnoses — stroke and TBI
  • Medical management required
  • Pain management (excluding injections) preferred — acute and chronic
  • Ongoing assignment
