  • Diagnostic radiology reading not required — 100% IR accepted
  • IR procedures required — angioplasty, stenting, embolization, thrombectomy
  • Image-guided biopsy, drainage, nephrostomy, IVC filter, chest tube placement
  • Aneurysm coiling (non-intracranial) and endovenous laser procedures required
