  • Evening beeper call during the 7-day shift
  • Coverage required every day including weekends
  • 6 – 10 patients per shift with rounding on assigned patients
  • Inpatient acute psychiatric unit
  • 2 – 5 admissions per 24-hour call period
  • Skills required: involuntary commitments, seclusion, restraint, pharmacotherapy
  • BLS and PALS certifications required
