  • Avg daily census: ~11 patients across pediatrics and the nursery
  • 1 - 3 admissions per shift — rounding on assigned patients
  • APRN/PA covers primary evening call — callback rate under 10%
  • Pediatric intubation required — 2+ years hospitalist experience required
  • Ongoing assignment — one 7 - 10 day stretch per month preferred
