  • Annual case volume of 5,197 procedures
  • Outpatient surgery center setting
  • Cases include general, ENT, endoscopy, GI, GYN, and orthopedics
  • Regional anesthesia with spinal blocks required
  • Pediatric cases for dental and ENT — minimum age 6 months
  • No OB, cardiac surgery, or neurosurgery cases
  • PALS and ACLS certification required
