  • Weekday shifts 8am – 5pm with 1-2 night calls weekly
  • Census 25 – 35 patients — APPs independently see 6 – 12 patients
  • Coverage needed across 3 hospital sites within 20-minute radius
  • APP on-site coverage approximately 98% of time
  • Required skills: TEEs, cardioversions, loops, reading echocardiograms
  • Inpatient only — no clinic responsibilities
  • Weekend call Friday 5pm – Monday 8am includes rounding
  • Phone-based call system
