  3. OneNote: OneNote is Microsoft's answer to successful note-taking and list management apps like Evernote and Google Keep. As part of the Microsoft Office suite, it's a robust application and it's well-supported across a variety of platforms and devices. OneNote keeps things simple, focusing on ease of use and searchability rather than the more imaginative features found in some competing products.
  4. Google Keep: There was a time when Google was the king of simplicity. Today, Google appears to be the king of most everything technology related. Google Keep harkens back to the company's keep-it-simple roots with a crisp, straightforward sticky note-style system.
  5. Any.do: Put your to-do lists on a schedule. Any.do allows users to drag and drop tasks into different categories, track completion status and add notification alerts.
