The red-rock canyon is approximately 200 miles (322 km) from Alice Springs and offers hikers of various skill levels a chance to test their strength and absorb the views of the gorgeous Outback landscape surrounding them. At the rim of the canyon, you'll get to look down a 1,000-foot (305m) drop while traversing the trail, before stumbling upon natural wonders like the red Sandstone Domes.
