If you want to celebrate the end of another busy week as a locum in New Zealand, Toast Martinborough will help you unwind with music, food, wine and more.
Held in the town of Martinborough on New Zealand's North Island, this festival noramly takes place in November. The event, which is now in its 20th year, you will be among an estimated 10,000 attendees who come together in order to celebrate the latest selection of wines from 11 local vineyards.
Over the course of the day, you can walk or take a shuttle through the Martinborough Wine Village and visit various vineyards, where you are free to purchase these beverages using festival francs. You can also sample some of the culinary creations that are available at restaurants in Wellington and Wairarapa. Different musical acts will also be on hand at the various wineries to provide an eclectic soundtrack to the day.
