The Queen Street Mall in Brisbane, Australia is no ordinary mall. Before it was this iconic shopping district—the area from Albert to Edward Street consisted of roadways and not the pedestrianized square that it is today.

The massive, towering facade consists of flora and fauna and combines geometry, nature and mixed media into one stunning work of art.

"I've been singing in the mall for 17 years," Thomas Babakobau, a 72-year-old busker told Brisbane News. "I'm here four or five days a week. People know me and the locals are generous. It's a friendly mall."
