Visit the Aussie hot spot, Hellfire Bay

Byron Bay, Broome and Port Douglas are some of the most renowned Australian beaches that both locals and tourists will urge you to visit when you take a medical job in Australia. Lesser known—but equally as beautiful—is Western Australia's Hellfire Bay, a beach situated in the heart of Cape Le Grande National Park, a stunning park with wild coastal scenery that you should trek during your stay.

Along the south coast of Western Australia and east of Esperance is where you'll find this stretch of sand. Once you've arrived at the renowned national park, you'll have a fairly long but visually rewarding walk along the Coastal Trail to get to the isolated beach. The path is clearly marked, making it easy for adventurous visitors to find their way.

The views from Hellfire Bay are spectacular—the awe-inspiring Frenchman Peak towers in the distance at a height of about 860 feet (262 metres) above sea level, and jagged rock jetties jut out into the sea. Whether you choose to lounge along the beach, rock climb on nearby cliffs or bushwalk through the scenic lands, you'll thoroughly enjoy your journey to this unknown Aussie treasure.
